Job Description

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Facilities Engineering)
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or property engineering
• Excellent problem-solving, team leadership, and communication skills
• Proficient in facility management software (e.g., CMMS, BMS systems) and MS Office
