The Role:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g. NPD, Operations) to ensure alignment on goals and projects.
- Ensure effective customer service and resolve sales-related issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in sales meetings, contribute ideas and provide feedback on market conditions and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing management or an equivalent qualification from a reputed institution.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role; experience in the printing or packaging industry is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is essential.
- A team player with a commitment to achieving collective goals and continuous improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
