The Role
- Support the execution of sales strategies to achieve set targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients and foster long-term business relationships.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Monitor daily sales activities and assist in preparing performance reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and sales processes run smoothly.
Requirements:
- Higher National Diploma in Marketing Management or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role; experience in the printing industry is an advantage.
- A positive, customer-focused attitude with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is essential.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
